Kolik pen\u011bz n\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed? Nejsme-li si jisti, kolik bychom vlastn\u011b m\u011bli br\u00e1t, m\u016f\u017eeme si zjistit, kolik v na\u0161em regionu na stejn\u00e9 nebo podobn\u00e9 pozici vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed obvykle jin\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci. Neb\u00e1t se ani st\u00e1vky Kdy\u017e firma odm\u00edt\u00e1 sv\u00fdm zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm p\u0159idat, nem\u011bli by se b\u00e1t st\u00e1vky. Podle z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce mus\u00ed odbor\u00e1\u0159i oslovit alespo\u0148 polovinu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a dv\u011b t\u0159etiny mus\u00ed se st\u00e1vkou souhlasit. P\u0159i vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou za\u010dne veden\u00ed hledat kompromis.
